On April 8, 2019 the Michigan Health Improvement Alliance (MiHIA) and the Great Lakes Bay Regional Alliance (GLBRA) will welcome Dallas Rau as Executive Assistant for the THRIVE initiative. This newly created position is a critical role in helping to provide support and build capacity that aide in the fulfillment of the THRIVE mission for our THRIVE Portfolio implementation. Ms. Rau will oversee the daily operations of the initiative and work closely with the THRIVE Portfolio Director and other staff or volunteers to move the initiative from the robust strategic planning phase to the multi-year portfolio implementation.
MiHIA and the GLBRA is pleased to have Ms. Rau join the THRIVE team. Her passion for regional improvement will be instrumental in the next stage of progress in the pursuit of improved health and sustained economic growth in our communities. Her experience for the past seventeen years with a local company developing and implementing key programs, cultivating community relationships and overseeing daily operations will be utilized throughout the portfolio implementation.
A lifelong resident of Michigan where she lives with her husband and son, Ms. Rau is a graduate of Northwood University. Ms. Rau is Rotarian who is very active in the community, volunteering with the Midland Noon Rotary Club, Midland Public Schools, Midland Lacrosse Club, Salvation
