Meet the Speakers
This year’s speakers are Donald Schuster and Louis Alloro, M.Ed., MAPP.

Schuster owns a leadership consulting business that incorporates mindfulness. As a former human services Director and leadership consultant for over 38 years, Schuster knows firsthand about the benefits of meditation in his own life and as a powerful activity in helping people deal with the many challenges of life.

Louis Alloro is cofounder of the The Flourishing Center’s Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) program and a senior fellow at George Mason University’s Center for the Advancement of Wellbeing. Louis consults on culture change initiatives in Los Angeles and all over the world. Alloro has been at the forefront of helping organizations and individuals achieve high potential using scientifically informed tools and strategies.

Brian Pruitt –  former All-American athlete, author and entrepreneur. He discovered that people could accomplish just about anything if they had the right perspective, took the right approach, lived by the right principles and walked through the appropriate process.

Chief Master Sergeant Ernest D. Crider –  6th Operation Center (Tanker Airlift Control Center) Superintendent where he is responsible for advising on the morale, welfare and quality of life of the 700 airmen assigned to Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. In addition, he is a presenter of Our Community Listens, concepts that are at the core of meaningful relationships and human connection.
