MiHIA Sponsored EVENTS

MiHIA events are established to empower others through education, to encourage and facilitate the flow of knowledge across the quadruple aim spectrum. Hundreds of people from the region, across the state, and on a handful of occasions throughout the US came together to discuss and learn from fellow professionals, healthcare administrators and subject matter experts and thought leaders.

ANNUAL HEALTH & HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS CONFERENCE

Achieving population health in an efficient and sustainable manner calls for innovative and transformative actions. It requires outstanding vision to achieve better system performance, improve care coordination, and reduce cost simultaneously. This can all be accomplished by building on ideas and models developed and catalyzed by national and regional thought leaders.

LIVE YOUR LIFE ON PURPOSE

FOLLOW YOUR PASSION. ACHIEVE BALANCE. MAKING YOUR LIFE MEANINGFUL.

Designed to inspire attendees to focus on their well-being and extend their lifespan, this annual free community event is an opportunity for community members in the Great Lakes Bay Region to learn how to enrich their lives by taking charge of their health and discovering the necessity of having purpose in their lives.

GLBR SYMPOSIUM

The highly-engaging and forward-thinking discussion focused on how to develop community-based approaches to disease prevention while building a regional, state, and even nationwide, strategy to involve all sectors of society in the solution. Participants explored how to build a multi-faceted public health defense that is strong enough to protect and care for the population from any type of threat to our health.
